Yeah i saw it too, it's a repeat though, it was on when they first re-did the shop. I don't know whos it is though, nice ride.

Actually that is a Z28, and i believe it is NX's Car. It's listed as one of their "project cars" on their website

He's right it was a Z28 with the ultra-Z hood and RS body kit. It looked like a AutoX car.
