Re: 900 shot I dont see the point in doing it but this is probably what I would do If I had to set up a kit to spray 900 hp
NX Direct port kit (jetted to 500)
NX Wet kit (jetted to 300)
NX Nitrous solenoid (100 dry shot)
2 15lb NX bottles
1 Big bad fuel system

Re: 900 shot the best IHRA pro mods out there are running a thousand hp usually 400 , 400 and 200 and they are putting in pistons like there going out of style! the rods will explode and the sleeves will shatter but it would be interesting.

Re: 900 shot I you have to buy the N2o kits and fuel system upgrades you're gonna be out money. If the motor happen to hold up(ain't gonna happen), the rest of the drivetrain would be in pieces. Other than that, go for it man. Film it! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

If you hit a 900 shot out of the hole, one stage, wouldn't you simply flood the motor, and it would just shut off? Can a stock LS1 flow enough to keep spark going with the nitrous + fuel a 900 would require? Just curious......

Re: 900 shot Simple, you're ignition system would not be able to ignite the mixture of N2O and Fuel required to produce +900hp in a stock cubed Ls1. Try running a little %25 nitromethane mix instead. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> Melt that baby properly.
