one for nos and one for n/a, would this work?

No...it wouldnt be practical. There is no way that I can think of of the top of my head to switch between the two without making a rats nest of wires. A better option might be to get the MAFT extension harness so it can be mounted within reach of you in the cockpit. That way you can adjust on the fly.

Is this wrong?

I have made adjustments with the car running...never had a problem. I dont remember the intructions saying to shut it down at all.

Some guy at the Corral hooked up an S-AFC to his modmotor. I really think it would work well on our cars. Not as good as a custom dyno tune but much better than a MAFT. I may get one soon.

I did some searching and the s-afc is a very cool piece. I may get one instead of a maft. One place online has them for $319. I wonder how complicated they are to use?

I use the S-AFC on my Civic. It works great and is very easy to use. I had no idea it worked on LS1's. I would highly recommend one!
