Yet another AutoTap question? No really
Ok I am planning to install NOS 5177 on my 2000 SS in a couple of weeks. I have been doing my research and planning for a couple of months now. I think I have my shopping list together, but I have one quick question.... I have heard mixed opinions about the GMS MAF for use with N2O: Some say OK, some say NO WAY, GMS just says send it to us with $125 and we will recalibrate it for N2O.
I have just received my AutoTap and MAFT. According to AutoTap I am not running too lean, Average: B1S1 .888 B1S2 .882 0 NR @WOT.
So can I just use the MAFT to add a little more fuel @WOT to ensure I don't go lean on the N20? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

My guess is that the N2O MAF will pull out some timing when it "senses" the N2O. The decision is yours there.
Also get your O2s a little higher. I run mine in the .900-.910 range. Thats better for N2O IMHO.

Thanks Country Boy, I will go ahead and install the MAFT and put it on +1. That should put me in the .900 range @WOT.
