NOS Nitrous bottle blow down fitting
NOS Nitrous bottle blow down fitting Does anyone know the size fitting for a NOS bottle blow down fitting? I did some searching and it seems that the NOS bottles have different fittings than some of the others. I'm planning on making my own -8AN braided line blow down tube (yes, with a bulkhead), but dont know what the fitting for the bottle is. Thanks in advance!
its a burst disc fitting

then the blow out side uses an 8an fitting
burst disc goes between the bottle and the fitting
follow direction.. torque to 15 ft-lbs
over torquing will damage burst disc and make it blow off at a much earlier pressure(like a couple of hundred psi instead of a couple of thousand psi..)
