Default Juicing a 70,000 miles LS1, what do I need to check?

I have bolt-ons, a T1 cam, an A4 w/3.23s & Yank 4200.

My car runs 11.8s @ 115 MPH, stock heads/intake still.

I'm looking at a small shot, perhaps a 75. My car does emit some smoke, blueish whitish ever since I did the headers. Now that I changing to a synthetic blend it does not seem to use any oil though. I have been told thats very common.
Is 70,000 miles too many to start squirting a small shot? I was thinking a small 75-100 dry shot at the most. Its a '98, fuel system should be fine. What tests should I do to make sure the motor can take this? Also, with a 4200 RPM stall, I will not be spraying out of the hole. I'm just looking for some extra oomph in 2nd and 3rd gears. Any suggestions? Precautions?

My '99 now has 76,000 miles and I'm still spraying a TNT 150 shot. No problems, so far.... Personally, I think an A/F gauge is the best precaution. Never spray unless the motor is completely full of oil. I sprayed once when one quart low and the oil pressure dropped on accel, luckily I caught it and did not spin a bearing. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

BottlefedZ, thats a nice setup you have on your homepage. I bet you use those suspension mods pretty hard. How easy (or hard) is it to keep that beast on the road?

BottleFed,

You are spraying 175Hp dry? I have a 2001 Firebird and spraying 150. How many spray runs do you have? What have you done to keep things from blowing up? Do you have any booster fuel pump?
