Default Way lean while spraying

Details on the car
Intake only 02 z06
Hsw plate
Nx stage 6 lightning solenoids
Nx window switch
Lnc2000
Tr6 plugs
3000psi nano kit
.046 .028 jets
Aem wb02
Equal length lines from solenoids to plate

I've been working on the kit and the wiring for the last week or two. Took it out last night to test it out.
When the kit comes on at 4k Afr jumps up to 14.5-14.7. Got out of it the first time. Tried it again thinking it was just a lean spike and after about 1.5 seconds it starts breaking up I think. It kinda sounds like a rev limiter.
Upped the jet to .031 same thing happens. Then again on a .035.

Does this soynd like a specific problem to anyone. I didn't get much into diagnosing it last night. I'm wondering if I have a clogged fuel line to the plate or maybe fuel solenoid not opening.

Any other suggestions

Thanks

Test your fuel solenoid and make sure it's opening. Are you using a filter, check for clogged lines?

Are you pulling fuel off the fuel rail?

Filter on the fuel side no, nitrous yes. Fuel rail to a female an coupling, then a 90 right into the solenoid.

you have to get up the fuel side on the plate 10% with the nano. You should at least be in the 31 jet for the fuel jet.

You should probably make sure that your fuel solenoid is opening up.

Also look at some non projected tip plugs like the BR7.

It's simple
1- check fuel solenoid
2- check fuel PSI at WOT

The graph may help reading the A/F

If you have increased jet size on the fuel side and the wideband reads the same, I would agree with the other to make sure the fuel solenoid is firing.
You may also want to double check wiring and set up parameters on the lnc2000.

Tr6 gone. Br7 in gapped .032
Neal, I talked to someone at nano and was told 47 28 was a good placf to start. I believe it was you earlier this week. Not sure why now you are dating atleast 31f
Bottled closed and system on the afr pegs at 10.0. So the fuel side is working.
I have went over wiring and checked the lnc again.

Changed to a 50 shot
31/18 and the car ran good. A little leaner on the afr then I liked. High 12s, no breaking up.
75ish shot
38/24 ran great Afr was high 11s low 12s
85-90?
41/26 no breaking up, but high 13s afr

How do I calculate what shot im doing, from the nitrous jet or the fuel jet? With the nano my nitrous jet is smaller then the standard size.

I want a 100 shot, so I'm thinking a 28f and 44n

Not 100 % sure but that jetting is not near our jetting. Was it NANO you talked to or Nitrous Outlet. We always up our fuel 10% on nano because you do not have a pressure drop.

You calculate your shot by the Nitrous Jet. Everyone is different as far as what jet = what horsepower on their different items. If it was our plate it would have been a 52N/31F for a 100 shot.

With the Nano you should have a larger jet not a smaller jet in the fuel.

Wow I guess that's how frustrated I am with this. I've been all pissed that I think the jetting is wrong because of what nano told me. So I just thought you were from nano. Sorry about that.
I told nano that what I looked up for a 100 shot is 52/28, they told me to drop the nitrpus jet down to a 46 and keep the 28.
So for nano you would suggest a 52/34 for a 100 shot.

I was not decreasing the fuel jet size. I was decreasing the nitrpus side. Or adding to the fuel side.

Luckily my friend had a selection of about 10-15 jets. But it still sucks to have to guess because nano cant give me an accurate recommendation. So I'll have to buy more and more jets.

Thanks for your help
