Get the 15lb bottle pretty warm and the 10lb chilled really well and mate them over using standard nitrous line. I'd say you'll be able to scavenge about 8- MAYBE 9pds out of the 15pd bottle. Once the bottles nitrous balance out, it's hard to scavenge much more.

Like he said, stick the 10lb in the freezer for a couple hours and leave the 15lb at room temp or set it out in the sun if you can keep an eye on the pressure. Run a line from one to the other and the nitrous will transfer to the cold bottle until the pressure equalizes. Then if it's still not full, repeat the process. You can get it all out if you do it multiple times. I've done it. You really need a scale though to know how much is in the bottle. It can be over filled.
