Quicken...a 1 1/2 Gallon fuel cell up where your battery is with a nice high pressure/high volume pump (there's a lot out there so take ur pick) plumed for your N20 would be the best way to go....just takes more plumbing....gonna be a hellava job doing all of that plumbing.

I'de say a 1 gallor fuel cell would be plenty....... you might have to keep an eye on the level, but I dunno anyone who actually makes a 1.5 gallon cell. I like the Holley Blue pumps but the black would probably be better for a lot of juice. I like your thinking on the nitrous system myself. I'de stick with the 150 DP and 75 wet and then use both when ya need em.

if I were you I'd buy the new NXL kit, no hard lines or anything, and take my car to whoever your local speed shop is w/package still sealed and drop your car off...they will probably end up still chargin anywhere from 200-300 to just install that package....anytime you go direct port wether it's you buying each individual peice, or letting a shop get all the peices, or buying the nxl kit your looking at 250 bux for a good set up....and then another 250ISH to install.

DP Fuel system cost is about $600 depending on what you want. A lot of money is tied up in the fittings and hose too.
For the DP drilling, tapping and bending I would expect some shops to do it for $1000 to $1600. Sometimes it depends on if they need your intake or not and I believe that may include the cost of the kit in some cases. The real work is in bending the tubing. The drilling and tapping is actually easy, but tedious. I ultimately used -3AN TFE lines instead of hard lines. Makes it much nicer to work with.
