Default Adjusting ignition timing on MSD optispark?

Is this possible? i have heard you can adjust +/- 5 degrees by the flat head screw, but then some say there is no possible way to adjust timing. i want to run a little nitrous but dont want to spray without adjusting timing.
Thanks

Dont do it...just not accurate enough to be used for nitrous IMO

your sig shows you have the 6AL...MSD makes an add-on module to add timing retard to that unit
