How much power loss running step colder spark plugs. Tr5 to tr6

If you're talking about on motor my car lost 1/10 going from 6's to 7's for spray

tr5 to tr6, nothing. might even pick up some power due to the colder plug making the cylinder more happy. That is if you have bolt-ons and such and have already increased your hp over stock.

There is no magical power to be gained by changing spark plugs, a plugs only job is to light the fire and survive in the cylinder.
