UPDATE!
So I went out of town last night with a few other cars in hopes to run into a whole new car scene. And we sure as hell did.
Anyway, ended up running a Turbo CRX from a dig.
Car got out the hole fine, sprayed at 3400 via RPM & WOT Switch. AFR's jumped to 13.7 and quickly went down to 11s and high 10s then 9.8. By this time I grabbed 2nd, does the SAME THING but as soon as it went 9.8 in second gear at around 5000RPM, I feathered the throttle to get off the WOT switch to stop spraying then got back in it. AFR's jumped back up to low 12s/mid 11s. Grabbed 3rd and it did the same thing so I feathered again so it doesnt stay pig rich.
Seem to me there's a nitrous delivery issue. It could very well be the Sudden Impact Plate. It doesn's seem to be Fuel Delivery, Jetting, or Wiring. I could probably narrow it down by throwing 150 jets in it and see if it stays consistent.
What could I spray a 225 shot through? or should I just add another stage? 75 on one, 150 on the other...

I agree with ATV and Carter, too rich and you are masking a lean spike at the initial hit. Once the fuel system catches up you go way rich. How long is the line from the fuel noid to the plate?

Update, tested the solenoid with a bottle open and the plate away from the engine. Solenoid hit intermittently and at times not at all. Tested it at 1100psi, 1000psi, 900psi and started to hit at 600psi. Usually hit after tapping solenoid with a hammer. Either a stuck plunger or a weak coil. Sent the Solenoid out to the experts at Nitrous Outlet.
Excited to see it repaired and back on the car for some more track time!
