I know they are not operating anymore, and i'm having a hard time locating the wiring diagram or instructions for their remote bottle opener. Im using the nitrous outlet ashtray switch panel to control the opener. Based on the wires on the unit, im guessing it doesn't matter which side of the switch it wires onto right? That would just control which direction opens and closes the bottle right?

Correct it just flips line polarity. I have a schematic if it will help. A self help graphic I did not hsw instructs
