how much does a 10 lb. bottle weigh full?

i just had mine filled and it weighed in at 24.4 lbs , does that sound about right?

A NX bottle full should weigh 24.5 Lbs, But most people try to pack 25 to 25.5 Lbs.

I have a 10 lb top gun nitrous bottle and its missing the load decal. Is it the same as a NOS 10 lb bottle and what do they weight empty and full
