I got my nx express single stage efi kit installed into my 2003 ranger 4.0L auto. I also installed an exhaust temp guage to monitor my exhaust temps. At what temp do you back off to cool the exhaust temps down? I'm a service manager at a diesel repair shop so 1200-1250 is always a safe rule of thumb on a diesel, but not sure about my gass engine.

The other question i have is that after we turned the kit on yesterday, it seemed that there was a bubbling/gurgling noise from the bottle temp guage. Is that normal or is something wrong? Thank you.
