I have a 2000 Trans Am and I want to put a 100-150 shot on my LS1 enjine. I'm going to get all the precautions like fuel pump, bottle heater. But I was wondering if I would want to get any other precautoins that wouldn't cost a lot. Also, if I only used the nitrous on the track (and I would only go to the track a few times a year), would the nitrous mess up anything in the enjine? Also, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions where I should mount the bottle?

you may want to check out a window switch. this keeps you from activating nitrous to soon and cuts nitrous before the rev limiter.

what kind of kit are you going to install...wet or dry? if its wet you may want a purge kit.

Fuel pump is good insurance and you will be able to spray a 150 no problem. although NOS kit 5177 will not flow beyond a 125 shot without swapping soleniods.
