Default Should I turn off my heater when I make a pass???

Since the bottle heater does put a good load on the alt (10-20 Amps), should I turn it off when I make my 1/4 pass or will my pressure drop to low?

I have a NX bottle heater and it stays around 950-1050 all the time when the heater is on.

I usually keep mine on for a while after a run. After the bottles have expelled a good amount of nitrous, they are going to be cold. I feel it is good to warm them up a bit right after a run so that there is not as much time needed before the next run. I have not had any problem running two heaters for about 10 minutes with the engine off.
