spraying through shifts

ON A 2002 5.3 TRUCK CAN YOU SPRAY THROUGH SHIFTS WITH A NX WET KIT? I HAVE THE SHIFT FIRMNESS ON
THE REPROGRAMMER. AND HOW HARD SHOULD I TURN THE MOTOR?

if its an auto, yea if its a stick, no. its ok on an auto because the auto wont miss a shift. but if your sprayin in betwene a shift in a stick shift and u miss your shift, You fucked plain and simple.
