Listen to evil I was only using the 75 and 100 on mine and figured I would just install the window switch in a few weeks since I was having so much fun. I have almost the identicals mods you have and I just rebuilt the trans myself two weeks ago. It will fry the 3-4 clutch pack and the forward cluthes were a little burnt also. I only had 28K on the trans so it is not like it was in terrible shape to begin with. The moral of this post:
DO NOT SPRAY THOUGH THE SHIFTS AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

I wanna TH400 but I dont like all of the parts that you have to get, no OD, just putting it in gear makes the whole car jerk (rearend ), what about an FLP Level IV with a window switch?
A built 4L60E should be fine. I run the Pro Yank tranny myself with no issues, even juicing through the shifts but your tranny will last longer if you don't. The biggest problem with the stock tranny is the clutches will eventually slip (probably sooner than later)and you could hit the rev limiter which is a very bad thing while on N2O...

but I dont wanna a 2K gamble, so I guess I am going to lean to the TH400 and just give up OD and alot of streetability
You really don't give up streetability.....
I love my car with the TH400, and when you are in a parking lot, and you go to put it in 1 or reverse and people are watching and see the whole car jerk, they get scared...
The only thing you will give up is a gas mileage...

I would do it...it shocks the rear pretty good on the shifts...
I would suggest getting a T-brake if you get that trans too, that combined with a strong rear makes for good launches...

Also I was looking at Yanks website and they have a complete TH400 swap kit for like $3200 including a converter, which do you recommend? and is everything in the kit that I need, except a Driveshaft?
http://www.converter.cc/
click on HP Trannies and go to the TH400 and click the yellow highlight with the breakdown of the kit
Adapter plate utilizes all factory bolts on LS1 for maximum rigidity!

I had Speed Inc. build me up a Th400...it was $1400 bucks, I have a P.I. 3600 stall converter for a TH400..I used to have a J.W. "J" Stator 4500 stall...I have a Moser 12 bolt with a 3.73 gear, I have a BMR extreme torque arm...I have a TH400 cross member, you need a lockar dipstick, Yank Speed Sensor Adapter, I got the 12 quart deep pan...I have the stock TH400 2.45 1st gear..I have a Chromoly driveshaft, you need all the lines and fittings, a tranny cooler, a Gm A4 flexplate (you need to drill 2 new holes I think)...I have the B&M ratchet shifter, its got a chrome handle, and fits in perfect with my 6-speed console..if you have an A4 you need to cut some of the console, or just order a 6-speed console from GM parts direct...I also have a tranny temp gauge inside the car...I think I pretty much covered it all...
Hope that helps..

I'm running a Mike Kurtz built 200-4R tranny. Basically it is a Grand National OD tranny that has been rebuilt with a billet parts. The transmission shows little power loss, shifts brutally firmed, and has a warranty. A warranty good for spraying through the shifts with a gassed 422.
The gear ratios in the tranny are 2.74, 1.57, 1.00, 0.67.
I do not yet have track results, so I cannot speak yet to the durability of the unit. Numbers of GN guys tell me that it will live for a long time on cars in the 9s. I will be sure to share my results and issues (if any) with it.
The only downside to it so far was cost. Definitely not the world's cheapest transmission.
