Default MSD window switch question

I have heard that u have to send it off to MSD for some reworking i guess to hook up to the LS1. Is this true or did i hear wrong? I also wonder how much that is going to cost and how long it will take?

i know some of the sponsors say this is true, however,

99.99999% just cut the red and blue loops, (which sets it to 4 cylinder mode) and since thats the way the tach driver is on the LS1's is, it works perfectly.

Hey country boy. Is that from NX? If I can see this thing right, it says to use the yellow wire and ground both wires of the fuel pressure safety switch. Doesnt this defeat the purpose of the FPSS? If you ground it by RPM, then it will not matter if you have fuel pressure, right? Also, is this yellow wire connected to the fuel , and the N20 nitrous solenoids? Why not just connect to the back side of the FPSS wire, that goes to one side of the N20 Solenoid? Wouldnt this require the vehicle to have fuel pressure, and tach voltage to engage? Any thoughts, or am I confused?????? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
