I am thinking I may have a blocked line on one side. I tried to check by turning on the arming switch and activated the WOT switch with the ignition on but not actually running. No go. What am I missing here to activate the solenoids?
Does the engine have to be running? If so, I am not used to opening it up standing still. Any help here? Thanks.

The purge noid is upstream of the power noids. I think the blockage is there since it was fine before purge install. I just realized I can activate the WOT switch with the car running at idle...doh. I am going to give that a try.
