Default nitrous filter

What do you guys use to clean this with? I've seen everything from carb cleaner, water, air hose, etc...lol. What is truly the best and safest way? Also, how do you really know if it needs cleaning or not? I've never done this before. The car had nitrous installed when I bought it, and from what i'm told it was installed about 6 years ago if that helps or means anything. It's a NX single nozzle wet kit as well

Thanks!

Well I don't really know I guess. Wouldn't NX have a standard one that they would use with my kit, or not necessarily? I was told that this whole kit was purchased from NX

Ok. If its a NX one it comes apart and you can clean the stone inside. I usually just spray it out with brake clean, blow it off with some air and put it back together.
