Opinion on suggested setup (few questions) Hi,
I'm looking into getting a N2O system on my car and spoke with ARE concerning this issue.
I basically want good gain while retaining excellent safety features.
It was recommended to me that I would use the TNT Force2 setup which is a 100-300hp (I'll start conservatively, as long as I'm always on the rich side).
I want Remote-bottle-opener, bottle-heater, WOT-switch, FPSS, but don't care about the purge.
I don't feel like trusting the MAF (dry-kit)... and the Venom seems to be an alternate method... but quite $$$, and won't work well with O2-sims.
Will my rear-end survive ?!? (stock engine + air-lid + cut-outs + headers (headers will install same time as N2O) )

Also, how stealth can we make a wet kit ?

Re: Opinion on suggested setup (few questions) TNT kit is a good one. The F2 kit is a single stage kit.
Good luck trying to be stealthy with the TNT, It would be tough.
Your rear will be a total crap shoot. Ive seen some break on the street with street tires. Others have run 10 sec 1/4 miles with them. Good luck! <img border="0" alt="[Burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" />

After some research, I think I'll just forget hiding the system... especially since it's a wet and my warranty is over.
I'm gonna be doing the N2O as well as the headers in 2003, and I just hope my rear-end will survive next year, since I'll be putting a 12-bolt in spring 2004.
I'm considering putting the purge since it's a wt-kit, so that I'll avoid putting too much gasoline and not enough N2O.
I had a setup question: how can I wire stuff so that the extra gaz injected is cutoff by the fuel solenoid when N2O bottle is emplty... Should I run some kind of FPSS on the N20 line that will cut the fuel, the same way a FPSS on the fuel line will cut the N2O ????
