Default Car won't idle after nitrous runs??

I have began to notice this here lately and it kind of puzzles me as to what it could be. I asked around and no1 seems to have heard of this.

Can anyone help?

TIA!

Mine does that too. Wants to idle around 500 and 600 and I think its going to cut off. Drove around a couple 100 miles and it went back to normal. Who knows? I guess its like when you wash the car and it holds more water than what came out of the hose, an F body mystery.

On the Dyno what was your A/F like on the bottle? It sounds like it may be trying to foul out the plugs. How many miles are on your plugs? you may want to put a fresh set in. With one of my old wet kits the car wouldnt want to idle very well after a run, I figured after the run I gave it a few good revs "with the nitrous off" while I was slowing down to blow out any extra fuel that was left over and it seemed to help.

Have you checked your plugs?

Is it possible that the nitrous blast is partially freezing the throttle body and not letting the throttle body blade closing to allow the motor to idle?

change the plugs and check your fuel jet. i would guess that if you were using too much fuel in the mix with the wet kit it could be flooding it a bit.

I would put money on a leaky fuel solenoid. Maybe it isn't closing all the way right away after a run and it causes a pretty rich condition that could get close to stalling the motor.

I'm gunna play with is Saturday and maybe check the solenoid and pull the plugs right after a nitrous run. I never had it dynoed but on A-tap the o2s USED to read ok but I haven't a-tapped it since it has started it.
