NX bottle heater install ?
Its fairly simple, here is how i wire them up.
you have to use a relay, most likely that came with the heater.
You have a relay, with 2 coil terminals, (85, 86)and 2 contact terminals (30 and 87)
The NX pressure switch, with just 2 terminals (unmarked)
Then you need a switch, just as spst will work (2 terminals, might have 3 if it has a light)
The relay coil, is the low current turn on device, for this circuit you need to have a power source.. then a power switch, then the relay coil (85, 86) then the NX temp switch, and finally ground the other end of the NX switch to the chasssis. Shoudl look like this
(low current circuit)
Power source (+12)---switch----(85).relay.(86)----NX Pressure Switch---- Ground.
the high current side needs to be as follows.
Battery---FUSE----(30)..relay..(87)---heater pad---ground.
Good luck <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

pressure switch is mounted anywhere before the noids, I've put some on the bottle, even before the bottle valve (new NX bottles have an extra port)
And on another install, i put the switch at the selenoids, so you dont have to mess with it when your removing the bottle to refill. (already have enough stuff with the heater blanket and opener)
