This is pretty comical. I dyno'd identical numbers between TR-55s gapped at .50 and my new TR-6s gapped at .38. You should not lose any HP with TR-6s installed N/A over TR-55s.

OK, got an email from one of the Z06 guys, run Denso IT20's, colder than the IT16 (stock replacement iridium's). Thank you. Also, for htose who lost power NA with TR6's. I cannot speak for you, but I read every tid bit online about going with colder plugs and in particular the Colonels articles on it, and I believe a few emails. I gapped mine at .037 and I have a new NA best with the TR6's. All things being equal, if I lost power it was somewhere other than where it is needed in my application= strip and street. As for mpg loss, I can't really comment except mine sucks due to my car having withdrawls if it doesn't get WOT at least daily. I did go on a little trip, hell I live on an island - read all trips are little, and I didn't notice any difference on mileage. As for changing plugs out for the track, horseshit. There is no way in hell I will change plugs every week, it may have only took me 58 minutes to change them (I was a spark plug virgin) but that is 58 minutes of booty, beverage, or picking my next victim for the strip......hell yeah <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Thanks for all the replies and if anyone else has experience with them post it!

Charlie.
