Default nitrous/fuel jet question

I have a 408 iron block 225 tony ported heads 95 fast intake 9inch blah blah blah 11.1 compression flat top diamond rings with hellfire rings. question I haven't used the juice yet i bought it like this and I was going over everything and found my stand alone for the c16 that i figured was running low pressure since my jet sizes are as follows
73N
52F

I have a pressure gauge that i purchased for it and its up to 15psi when I turn the stand alone on im way over 15 psi. Im purchasing a gauge to 60 but why would it be so high? Its on br 7s 200 shot.

Your stand alone might not be setup for low pressure. Mine is setup for high pressure. Pretty sure my jets are 78 55 or 52.

It must be but when I looked at the Nitrous Outlet Chart my fuel jet size according to that chart says its about 10 psi. I have a nitrous outlet plate.

From what i was told mayhem motorsports tuned this car in North Carolina guess i should ask them about it.

Kinda scared to let it drink the juice... guess I should just go to the tuner before i go for it

Those gauges aren't very accurate. They can build up pressure internally and show the wrong pressure. Its really just a reference to make sure the pumps working.
