Thanks, for the help. I wil start looking for a new fill station. Also, is it normal that if i shut my bottle and leave my car for about 5 hours, all the pressure drops from the line when I get back to it?

Yes that is normal.
and not N2O.
Be sure to ask if the mother bottle is not near
empty. Your fill will be heavy, but from air and
not N2O.
I had a local shop fill me up almost entirely with
air. The fellow was not familiar with it and didn't
know.
I did get some N2O in the bottle, but not much.
I saw that he pulled the mother bottle off his
filling lines and put on a new mother bottle. He
gave me my bottle and I was leary. I asked for a
refill.
He said my bottle had nitrous and I could test it.
I opened the bottle and it plumed out. I told the
fellow to hold on for a second and about 5 seconds
later the plume was gone, just air. That bottle
would have made about 1 pass.
He refilled my bottle again on a fresh mother bottle.
That first bottle spray at the track hit rather well.
Just a small but important point about filling bottles.
This is one small possibility for your issues.
