I used to run 0.040" on my Mustang w/150 shot and it did fine. My current car likes around 0.030". 0.038 is higher than what most people run but at no more than a 125 shot you might be ok. You risk blowing out the plug.

reduce spark by 1 degree
add fuel 1 jet size
test it again.

double check your fuel jet size.

Ill have to wait for more jets to come in, I'm not sure if I ordered one step up on fuel or not. The fuel jet is 33 right now for sure. Now is there a cylinder or two that usually gives people problems, being a lot different on the tune then the majority of the plugs? If so what ones and ill pull that plug instead of #3. Thanks.

I would put a new fuel pump and hotwire kit on it before I sprayed it again. Its probably lean because pump isnt keeping up. Not going to do any good to put more fuel jet in it if the pump cant supply enough already. Aeromotive 340 and Hotwire kit , racetronix pump and hotwire kit would be my two choices.

I've been looking into fuel setups now. I will be changing my setup to an ls2 404 stroker and want to run between a 150-200 hit. I would like to do it on a drop in pump. If I have to, ill run a smaller hit if I need a dedicated fuel cell for the spray. I was leaning towards the aeromotive 340 for my needs.

When you go to that combo you have a couple options. You can run a dual pump setup or you can go in and do the Racetronix pump and Hotwire but I think on a 200 shot you may very well run out of pump assuming the motor will make ~500rwhp. Thats where a dedicated fuel cell comes into play.

As far as your setup now,I think your'e pretty well past what your current fuel setup can support. Do you have Fuel Pressure Gauge or Safety Switch?

I do have a saftey switch, I don't have it wired at the moment. The car will be getting a wideband, fuel pressure gauge and 340 fuel pump in this setup before the engine swap. My car only makes 384 to wheels right now. My timing is a 24* above 5,600rpm, And less under that.

Every motor is different so I cant say across the board all LS cars will have cylinder x running hotter.Different heads and intakes change things. I'd recommend checking all the plugs. Pay a little extra attention to #7 lol

Brandon heres my problem with the fuel system. I was thinking about the 340 pump but thats until I found out I have to run a return line and a fpr. If i were to do that I would just run twin 255's and arm the second with the nitrous. I didn't want to do that since I purchased your hardline kit for the clean uncluttered look. It looks like my only other opinion is a racetronix kit, which may be on the limit of supporting my stroker n/a with a standalone fuel cell. So either way my engine bay is going to have some clutter. So my question to you is, how would I run the hardline kit with a fpr, fuel saftey switch, fuel pressure gauge sender and return line? I don't want it to look like ****, what's the cleanest way for me to do it, if its possible with the hardline. Thanks in advance.

You can tuck pretty much all that off to the side if you want a clean look. Doesnt have to be cluttered.
