Let's say my windows switch allows me to use nitrous in this RPM range 3000 - 5800, where let's say at 5800 i shift.
oh,i guess i got, WOT does not depend from RPMs ,WOT mean just fully open throttle (floored pedeal) and even when you floored the RPMs won't be right there at the red line,so i basically will be spraying in the range 3000-5900

Since I dont know how to qoute yet i pasted that
ok man WOT isnt dependent on rpm, its Wide Open Thottle.
So when you push it to the floor and hit 3,000( with a window switch) then the NOS will kick in and your off! NOS really only needs to work when your at WOT and everything in the motor is up and running (about 3,000) so that way you have all the gas and air availible to it to get going
"ok heres an easy way to set up a switch and get people to stop smoking in your car. Use your cigarette lighter ! Easy to wire up too. and since its right in front of the shifter its easy to hit. Ok heres what you do: cut the negative wire( black) and wire it up to one side of your WOT switch and the other to your solenoid(s).Its that easy. Now its your arming switch and definetly concealed. I did it and nobody is the wiser. Other thing i did was hook that wire up to turn on my air/fuel ratio gauge(we all know how annoying those are) so i can see if any problems arise. hope this helps somebody! You wire then like this.
Window switch ----- WOT-----Relay---- +12 ARM.
You must use relay, as the window switches are electronic, and will not drive a 10 amp load, they are rated between .5 and 1.5 amps.
Also, dont forget if your wiring this to a LS1 based ignition sytem, you will have to set the switch for 4 cylinder operation. (if its a msd switch, just cut the blue and red wires)
Good luck just ask if you have any more questions.
Ryan.
