Suddenly no NO2?
I finally got a chance to pull the solenoid. The screen was clean and so were the valve internals. The seal also looked good, just an indentation from the plunger which is expected.
I don't know where else to go from here except to try another solenoid.
Dave, this solenoid is rated for 1100psi. What are yours rated at?

After my last post I looked over the Holley info again and they talked about manually firing the solenoid. So I thought I would give it a try.
I left the solenoid outlet disconnected but connected the inlet hose. I opened and closed the bottle to charge the line, then I jumpered the solenoid to the battery. It fired and nitrous vented through the outlet. I thought, ok let's go for a drive. Then, I heard a hiss. The solenoid wasn't closing all the way. This is probably the cause for some lean scans I have seen. In any case, I think I need a new solenoid.
