You should be picking up 28-30 mph between 1/8 and 1/4 on the spray. Motor should be around 23-24 mph usually. Have seen some 6 speed cars pick up 25-26 mph on motor. I'm just saying I would fix what is wrong first and that is your motor tune and your bottle pressure needs to be a consistent 950. My car is tuned to 12.8-13.0 at the track on motor and I run the NO plate at 950 psi bottle pressure ,off the rail fuel pressure and have never had an issue with with mine being rich on any of the jetting I have run all the way up to .093 jet. Not saying that getting your motor tune to 12.8 -13.0 is gonna magically get you afr where it needs to be on nitrous , but, it would be a good start. Good luck with it.

If the motor is rich off the bat then you will be battling that within your nitrous tune up. Your jets will be a lot smaller than what is recommended. I suggest jetting down and then fine tuning with fuel pressure as others have said. Let me know if I can help!

Down the fuel pressure if you can. That's free compared to buying jets

That depends on your regulator.

i think you need to get your n/a tune straight first afrs should be mid to low 13s, then when you spray it it may be perfect (or closer than pegged at 10)

I had the same problem. I found I had a plugged nitrous filter. Just throwing that thought out there..

Edit**

Yeah, Make sure the motor is running prime before you worry about nitrous tuning..
