Default installing a progressive controller

I have this installed currently http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/electro...dow-switch.htm

But am about to install the mini controller and I was wondering if it was as easy as cutting the window switch wires and reusing them since it's already hooked up to control the noids?

Went to install it and instantly got discouraged once I realized there were wires that weren't the same color from the window switch to controller.... taking it to get installed Monday.....

The overwhelming amount of assistance here helped tremendously....

Your link to the device is blank. Kind of hard to suggest anything with an unknown device. Is it the NOS Mini? If so, I have one and can help.
