Default MTI 422 tnt 100 shot safe?

deciding how big of a shot to run so I can choose my converter.

I have a Mti 422 (LS1 aluminum block) I did get head studs.

I will be getting the TNT wet kit. what is a safe shot? I am thinking a 100 shot will do? <img border="0" alt="[chug]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_chug.gif" />

I replied to you regarding the converter in another section.

She'll take a 150 wet shot no problem. Motor runs like a raped ape on that.

How about a 300 direct port TNT system with a progressive controller and a separate kick *** fuel system to feed the NO2?????

You should have no problems what so ever with a 200 wet shot provided you take the following precautions. Have the motor in top tune NA. Then, tune the nitrous to that NA tune setup per the nitrous manufacturers recommendation. Please note, I did not say retune your engine. Make certain you maintain adequate fuel pressure and flow. Do not begin any nitrous below 3400 RPM. With anything over 150 shot use 100 Octane fuel. Use a progressive controller if you have one. Hang on and enjoy the ride.

thanks for all the great info!

I will be sticking with a 100 shot at first, then possibly more.
