Default Inline and Intake pump together - how much can it support?

I am installing a Walbro 255lph intank pump very shortly (~450rwhp on motor). I do plan to run a TNT 200-250hp wet kit in a few months. I expect ~625-650rwhp with that. I don't expect the Walbro 255lph to keep up. Would the inline pump + intank pump be enough?

What would be the best inline pump for LS1 in terms of ease of installation, quality, etc. This kit from LS1 Motorsports looked nice:

Jason, just a FYI for you. If you plan on running a 200 shot of TNT on top of 450 rwhp, you will be well in excess of 625 rwhp. Ron usually makes 120+ rwhp on a TNT 100 shot, and I believe he made 170 rwhp+ on a TNT 150. Those kits hit HARD, and are underated like crazy. You should be eclipsing 700 rwhp with a 250 shot of TNT judging from your N/A guess

Why not try a system similar to Tony's? The racetronix kit? Or something similar..

Josh, the motor is built with forged pistons and rods, so why not spray it after it goes 10s n/a (hopefully). My main goal is motor, so the n20 would be icing on the cake.

I would do a racetronix setup if it was available for '99+ cars. Hopefully, it will be.

I am in the same boat. 500 rwhp N/A plus up to a 200 shot of juice. I would like to be able to support 750 rwhp. Which Racetronix setup do I need, and how much?

i have a walbro 340 in the tank and a walbro 255 inline. having electrical gremlens now, so i cant tell you how much it will take. i plan on the 200-250 shot myself, i hope it all works like it should.

putting in a new cam next week, and hopfully hitting the dyno for somemore tuning and juice pulls.

Rather than doing two pumps to supply fuel to the rails, I would go with one pump, an intank, to support the rails and an external pump, like MagnaFlow, tapped into the fuel tank to support the nitrous system. Classic Fogger setup

I have been trying to talk you into nitrous for a while .

I didn't know they didn't make a kit for 99+ cars, that kinda sucks. However, I think you will be just fine with a Walbro intake and a beefy inline. We have a couple of LS1's here making 600 rwhp with stock 98 injectors and a Walbro 240, and still pulling great pressure. With the addition of an inline, I don't see 750 rwhp being a problem. Good luck bro!

Josh, I know what you meant. You have been wanting me to spray it for 2 years now.

If I do spray it, I'm going to put the inline pump in there, install 4:10s, new nitrous cam, and then spray the crap out of it. However, I'm going to go try and run 10s n/a first. Just need to get my heads back from GTP.

You can buy my Racetronix 340lph kit, I'll have the Aeromotive pump to replace it.

I would get the Bosch 420lph inline pump. Speed inc is pushing 720rwhp with it no problems.

Thanks Justin, I emailed Speed Inc. about the pump. I already bought Gordon's 4:10s, so I just need to get the fuel system in order and get the kit. First, I need to get a driveable car again. lol

Thanks for the offer on the pump, but I have a Walbro 255lph going in the day I get the car back together.

Why not build a setup like what I have on my car, Im Sure TNT could give you the jet patterns you would need to run a low pressure pump and system like I have on my car.

My entire fuel system was only about $200 and I will NEVER have to worry about spraying more than the pump will handle. Another plus is I can spray alcohol down the road if I choose to

Edit - my fuel system was about $250
