Default Installin NOS 5177 with FIPK

I was just wondering where should I put the jets for my nitrous kit on my K&N FIPK? I heard that if the spray goes directly into the MAF there is a chance of "freezing" the MAF. Anyone have any advice for me, especially those who have what I will be putting in?

Don't have the 5177, but I do use the FIPK, but with a wet shot NX system. I believe you can plumb it in from the right behind the rear cover just as the tube starts to the MAF. Might be too close, but noone I know uses dry with the FIPK.. You can always upgrade to a wet kit, I know thats not what you want to hear though, sorry. Good-Luck.

Charlie.

I plummed mine straight in through the front of the carbon fiber on the filter. Works great.
Good luck!
