Default Nos and Supercharger Applications

I am fairly new to this Engine... Do you guys think it would be safe to run 9 PSI from Prochargers intercooled supercharger, and a 150 Shot Nos with Direct port fogger (i know direct ports are made for shots 250+ but still) on an Ls1 block with some modifications (pistons, Cranks, connecting rods, valves, stage 3 or 4 Heads)????
it would be pushing about 710HP not counting the other midifications. oh yea and obviously a new fuel system with better injectors and colder spark plugs... safe or not?

I would def go iron block for all of that....not sure if the supercharger/nitrous route would be the most efficient way to make that kind of power though. You could easily get away with a big cube (all bore or stroker + all bore) ls1 with a dp fogger and get more power than that.....and prb spend less in the process.
