I will take my FAKE horsepower over their IDEA of REAL horsepower any day of the year!!! I distinctly remember one of the major car magazines saying "you can run PROPERLY TUNED N2O on an engine all day long and NOT HURT A SINGLE THING!!"
Not these morons who think that big horsepower numbers from an engine will make it last for forever. I wonder how many of their thumper engines have let go since they started that show?

Have to love how the explination of only built race cars are safe for nitrous use. What??? I love how my "fake" horsepower allowed me to run 13 flat in stock 00 Ls1 on DRs. That was on my first pass ever in 6spd car w/ 2.65 60ft time!!! That was just a 100 dry w/ no tune just HSW Interface to controll fuling. Love how those who have never filled a bottle or sprayed chime as experts in nitrious usage.

These are safer. We're just going to overlook having #1 Main bearing issues from running a super-tight blower pulley setup, or burning holes in pistons from a lean condition, etc...
Granted, all power adders have their potential risks, but to say one is the root of all evil by comparison is just plain stupid. He needs to stick to his TV show of buying and selling cars instead of trying to come off like he builds race cars on a day-to-day basis.

I was thinking the same thing. Lol
I ran 13.00 when my car was 100% bone stock.
No exhaust, no tune, stock tires.
I run 10.1 now on a 100% stock motor with a cam and a 150 shot
With my 6 speed camaro.
But yeah, these guys should have there show taken away!
What a couple idiots!!

This kind of ignorance really gets me pi@# off. First of all nitrous was first used in airplanes in WWII. So if it was so bad then why use it in an airplane? I hate how anyone can get a TV show.
