Dry kit tuning issues....
I just got ls1edit and have a friend(Nic Dejardins) tuning my car. I have full exhaust(hookers and true duals), descreened stock MAS, and a lid. I have in the 90 jet currently. On motor my A/F was about 12.5:1, but on bottle it went really lean...13.8:1
So why the hell isn't my computer adding more fuel when needed? I have no clue when it comes to this tuning crap but I want to learn. Tuning was done on 91 octane, that's the highest we can get at the pump I heard the on Hooker LT's the 02 sensor isn't all the way in the exhaust stream...could this be causing my problem? Do I need to grind down the 02 sensor bung? Any info would be appreciated!!

I would try using the dual setup at adjacent ends of the lid firing at each other and see if that helps the MAF "see" more. Its got to be something like this IMO. This is one reason I don't like dry kits, no adjustability.

Usually you would throw insufficient switching codes if your O2 sensors weren't all the way into the exhaust stream. Then you would have to grind down the bung to get the O2 sensor more into the stream. But you are not having that problem so thats not it.

I'd grid down the O3 bung anyway to be on the safe side. It could be that the O2 sensor isnt all the way in and the computer learned it out, then when you spray, the spray isnt being flushed through the engine long enough for the computer to learn it out. Try that first and if that dosent help try the dual set up.
My car has always ran lean on my dry shot. I have to use my MAFT and add a lot of fuel to compensate. Even on a 100 shot I was getting 3.9 degress of KR.

That doesn't make any sense at all.
