How much timing with 150-200 shot?

How much timing with 150-200 shot? How much timing can I run (safely) at 150, 175, and 200 shot? This is with an NX wet kit.
I have an 01 vette, forged bottom end, upgraded fuel pump (LPE), bigger injectors (38#), h/c (big cam), intake and cutouts.
In LS1 Edit, do I modify both High/Low octane tables just to be safe? Which cells? 3200 rpm and up where gms/cyl is .32 and up?
