Default 100-150 wet shot

What is all necessary for a 100-150 wet shot my car has bolt ons and a brute speed cam. I dont have any fueling upgrades at the moment, would at least a fuel pump be necessary?

So far i was looking at getting a plate kit, stage 3 accessories kit from nitrous outlet, remote bottle opener, spark plugs, tps/window switch, and getting it retuned. Anything else that i would need?

Racetronit makes a nice kit which is pretty much plug and paly, and it's what i'm using as well. Basically it's a Walbro 255 pump with a hotwire kit to boost more power to the pump.

HCI2000SS nailed it. Except I still have stock injectors. As long as duty cycle OK should be fine with 100-150.

you want to use the right spark plugs as well. I used NGK BR7EF gapped @ .32 for a 100 wet shot

Sweet I'll look into getting those too. Thats not a bad idea either a nice set of drag radials would help a lot with the spinning but I'm just worried about breaking the rear

I know this thread is a bit old but why would injectors possibly be needed with a wet shot?

Also, pressure gage for nitrous or fuel (Which is more important)? Or is it recommended to have both?

Just looking into a wet kit myself, figured I'd do the Racetronix fuel pump kit but thought that would be the only fuel system mod we would need.
I'm considering a 150-200 shot

I have a 99 Vette btw... Old sig

I'd highly recommend the Lingenfelter retard/ 2-step box. It's not inexpensive, but it'll allow you to run your regular tune, and then when you arm your system, it'll pull the timing that you setup for your Nitrous system. It's a great setup. Personally, I also went with a progressive controller (Nitrous Express Maximizer 4) so that the hit is more linear creating less stress/shock on my drivetrain.

Also, the walbro 255 is plenty of pump for that shot.

If your injectors are adequate NA, then they will be fine with a wet shot. Your fuel solenoid will supply all the fuel the nitrous will need. You will want a nitrous pressure gauge.

You might be able to get away with 100 shot the way you are setup now, but it really wouldn't hurt to upgrade your fuel pump, and then you wouldn't have to worry about it. As far as the nitrous aspect goes, timing needs to be pulled, 2* per 50hp, you should run premium fuel, 93 octane if available, race fuel will help with not having to pull as much timing. Make sure you pick up some cooler spark plugs, such as a set of br7ef NGK plugs, they are great for nitrous because they have a non projected tip, gap them at .030 to .032. If you have any other questions, let me know.

What is the biggest wet shot (plate kit) you'd recommend with a stock ls1 with a big cam (t-rex) and walbro pump?

Mods: 99 vette - ls6 intake, full exhaust, cam, and tune

Thanks
