All plug wires ohms were between 330 and 360

I didnt think it did?

Just because you are commanding 12.0 doent mean you are really getting 12.0 with that software. Is that right? I'm not real fimilar with it.

Make 1/8th mile hits until you get the fuel and timing lined out (fuel first).

Ive never used the programs you mentioned. I datalog on each pass and have my wideband uploaded into hptuners. So at any giving time during the run I can go back and see what the AFR was at any throttle%,rpm,etc. Im going to do a compression test today just to get it out of the way and not chase my tail if the cylinder is hurt.

FAST and BS3 arent programs; those are total engine management systems. With HP Tuners you can see it after the fact but what he is asking is if HP Tuners is adjusting your tune throughout the run and the answer is no(you have to do it on your own unfortunately).

Just finished doing a compression test on the side with the cylinder in ?? Results

Driver side 1-4 Front to back
1. 165
2.164 - cylinder in ?
3. 165
4. 169


Passenger 1-4 Front to back
1. 175
2. 164
3. 171
4. 168
Everything look ok? I know the cylinders are within spec, hows the numbers
