Default Fueling question

In general on a standalone setup low pressure, with a fogger, whats more of a signifigant fueling change, 1 lb of fuel pressure or going up or down one jet?

Low pressure usually around 6lbs so 1lb change is a big jump.
1 jet size not so much depending on the size of the jets.

Going down 1lb of pressure if going to be a more significant jump than 1 jet size @6lb's of pressure.
