Stupid nitrous question
I have never used nitrous in my life and I'm trying to put to gether a kit on paper for future use. My original intention was to use a stand alone fuel call and run some for of race gas in it. E85 Is easier to get for me so would it be safe to run pump gas through the motor and E85 for the nitrous? I'm not really sure how big of a shot I'm going to end up with. I'd say at least 200.
Are you saying that you want to enrich through the dedicated fuel cell with E85? You won't be able to get a good plug reading if that is the case. You use two different methods to read the spark plugs between gas an E85. When you mix them, you don't get good data on the plug(Fuel ring, heat range etc.).

If it's going into a dedicated fuel cell. Surely to god he can afford a $15 E85 tester.
What target AFR would you say he should shoot for?

Why would it be any different than gasoline, and people use C16 in a cell? I personally run E85 in my car, and I run close to an .84 lambda with MY setup. Essentially a 12.5AFR on a gas scale.
Obviously his setup will be night and day from mine.. but if he was setup with a BR7 plug, 150 shot jetting.. I would take 6-7* of timing out, and aim for a 12.5 AFR as well. That would be "safe" IMO
Why do I think this is a setup... Someone with an @NitrousOutlet tag is hitting me with loaded questions like this.

It would be nice to hear something from the OP...
