You will have just in boosting it correctly and safely as you would in building and spraying a motor. It all varies by if you buy a kit, what wg and Bov, turbo and so on, but I'm around 10k using mostly used parts in my boost build.

Am I only the only one that thinks a 402 stroker that only makes 450-500rwhp NA is a little low? My 346 H/C/I made 435rwhp NA through a TH400/9".

Nitrous is going to want compression... Compression makes good NA power. A 402 setup for nitrous should make over 500rwhp. May not be much over, but i would be pissed if I didn't.

Garrett@Nitrous Express can hook you up in a heart beat. Martin@Tick could spec a nice cam for your setup.

Just my two cents.

probably going with cathedral top end. havent priced it out completely yet. i know pickin up a set of 243s and having them ported wouldnt be too expensive. has anyone had tick performance build their car? because theyll store my car while im deployed i might as well let them build it if its top quality.

+1 on Cathedral port and Tick building your car. I've only seen photos, but they have stepped up their game. They'll take good care of you and your car for sure.

NC is one of the best states to want a car shop. There is RPM, Mayhem, TICK, JHR, BHP, and a few others. Then you also have HED who builds some of the fastest motors around.
