Default Forged 383 ls1, to spray or not to spray

So fairly obvious, i have a built 383 ls1 in my 04 gto, im looking at getting my self a nitrous express direct port kit on a holley hi - ram with dual 4150 tb set up. Can i simply ( and safely ) just throw the kit on to the motor or should i really look at pulling it down and changing things like the rings? clearly tuning and abit more fueling will be needed but anything else?

ive never played with giggle gas before so im kind of ion the dark here,

How much are you looking to spray? (Min/Max)

200 - 300 probably, with a progessive controller. If I really need to pull it apart I will probably up the cr to around 13:1 - 14:1 as im planning running e85 any way. And if im doing that I can change things like rings but if I dont have to pull it apart I might not worry
