Timing on a lq4 300 shot
I has a decently aggressive cam, stock bottom end .
it runs c16 through the plate.
I was wondering this because i bought the car and it has a 200 shot on it but I think it had more on it but dont know.
Should i get someone to dyno tune it?
I don't know what my timing is at right now.
I pulled the plugs today and I found out that my car is on a 150* has 52 and 38 jets in it. (Link: http://www.nitrousexpress.com/oldweb...winjetting.pdf )
I do have a hand held diablo trinity t-1000 that I can use to pull timing. I think ill take the tune off of the car and save it. Then make a new map with -4* of timing pulled and run a 250*.
Any other suggestions? I am for sure going to be getting the tr9 plugs. Should I gap them the same? I think i have my plugs gapped at 22-24.
