The lnc-2000 says it is a 2 step also, can you use this to retard the timing and control the nitrous to activate after 3k rpms and cut out at a set rpm? or on an m6 car is it safe with just a wot switch and something controlling the nitrous coming on over 3k rpms?

What you're describing is a window switch. The lnc-2000 will not control anything within the nitrous system. It pulls timing and can set a single rev limiter. On an M6 car you will want a window switch to keep from spraying too early or tagging the rev limiter with the nitrous firing.

We have a window switch with built-in TPS:

and we are the #1 seller of the LNC-2000!:

Thanks for the info! Never had nitrous before but really looking to put a 100-150 shot on my cam/long tubes ls2.

So just a plate kit meant for an ls2 and the nos window switch is all thats needed? then of course the lnc-2000 to automatically pull timing.

I would get a purge kit, bottle pressure gauge and bottle heater as well. It's always a good idea to have some extra jets on hand too. For spark plugs, the NGK BR7EFS will be needed. That would make a safe, complete system.

Thats very good advice!!! You would not believe how many people come for a nitrous tune with no pressure gauge, bottle heater, jets, or extra plugs and then get mad when you cant tune the car.

Default TPS WOT switch and RPM Window Switch

As Brandon already mentioned, several companies have modules that can be a TPS WOT switch and a Window Switch (our RPM-003 RPM window switch also has a TPS WOT function built in).

On a manual transmission car you may also want to have a clutch switch activation to disable the nitrous on the gear shifts. On earlier cars (2008 and older) you can go to one of the switches on the clutch pedal but on the newer cars that have a clutch pedal position sensor this is more complicated and you will need an external module to do that (or add a separate microswitch to the pedal).

Another thing to consider is that many nitrous controllers also can perform both functions if you are planning on getting a nitrous controller anyway. If the switch costs $120 and the controller costs $300 to $700 then the switch becomes a pretty significant percentage of the controller cost (and then you have a controller that can do other things as well).

Default timing retard analog output of LNC-2000

Here is the description of the output from the instructions:
Timing retard analog output
The LNC-2000 provides an analog voltage output that indicates the amount of timing retard that is being applied. The gray analog output wire provides a linear 0 to 3 volt DC output with 0 volts indicating 0 degrees of timing retard and 3 volts indicating 15 degrees of timing retard. This voltage value can be logged with EFILive, HPTuners, DashDAQ or other devices to allow you to determine how much timing you really had while going down the track.
We don't have a chart in the instructions but it would be something like this:

Degrees--- Volts
0------------0.0
1------------0.2
2------------0.4
3------------0.6
4------------0.8
5------------1.0
6------------1.2
7------------1.4
8------------1.6
9------------1.8
10-----------2.0
11-----------2.2
12-----------2.4
13-----------2.6
14-----------2.8
15-----------3.0
