Default Nitrous only in first gear

ls1 m6 Jegs window switch set to 3000-6000. I am shifting every gear at 57-5800 but I can only feel the nitrous working in first gear. It did work in every gear before the window switch but I never raced without it. The jegs window switch is set to the no setting and 4cyl mode.. does anyone know what could be up? Unless my stock tach is just waaay off idk..

I had that same issue with my MSD window switch. Tried the 4 and 8 mode and come to find out the switch was faulty so I just bypassed it

I am fairly certain the JEGS window switch won't work on LS cars without a tach adapter, we always just used the MSD ones, and we have a new window switch out now that does both TPS and RPM. Best way to test it is the ground the wire on the relay and bypass the window switch, then you can figure out if thats the issue.

Thanks,
Garrett

I can definitely feel the nitrous come on in first gear after 3000 rpms so it's working then.. But no other gear and it's a 100 shot on a bolt on car.. I should definitely be feeling it

I had to set my ZEX window switch to the 6 cylinder mode to make it work I think. Maybe try that

4cyl mode reads out the correct rpms for me though while 6 and 8 do not. Thanks for the help though!

I think I figured it out, when I rev slowly to 3 grand it reads correctly but if I rev fast it goes up to like 3500 so when I rev to 5700ish it is reading at like 6300
