I think JL ws-6 is giving you sage advice here. I agree with everything he has said. Time to call up your favorite nitrous vendor and get a direct port and run some better fuel. Not just in the stand alone, but the in main tank too. I have some of the new X-16 to try from McMullen oil. It has higher octane like C16, but a higher RVP so the car is not a dog on motor. It is recommended up to a 300 shot. It might be an alternative.

The old nitrous outlet chart is very wrong. I've had success on the new one, and am currently running 62/28 first stage, 78/35 second stage on their two stage plate.

I made a post earlier this year verifying that the jetting was off in the original chart, and they confirmed it was indeed wrong.

The old jetting wasn't 'wrong', but it was a lot more conservative than what our current jet chart is. When we updated the jet charts we leaned them out quite a bit to get people closer to their tuning window.

With both kits on, you should be running 16-18 degrees of timing on NGK B8EFS plugs. Do you have any single pass plug pics you can post up? That would help a lot in this situation- But also, as others have said, at 250HP and up distribution becomes the name of the game- so a direct port would be worth checking into.

ok decided to just test 1 stage tonight, but went to a 200 shot out of the hole to check timing and plugs.
went 6.29 @ 108.02 with a 1:37 60'
using NGK 1049 8's, timing is at 20 and I think new fuel helped also. no more 110 but switched to X16 VP fuel in standalone. Pulled plugs and they looked great, really surprised.
200 is 78 nitrous 44 fuel (old fuel chart) to be safe new chart calls for 35 pill.
But went on JL ws-6 advice on jetting.
previous best was 6.07 @ 111.97 mph 1.35 60 on 150 1st and 100 2nd. but was burning plugs. So now looks good and have a good base point to start experimenting again.
